Starting with a sales team and a name
The company knew how to sell face to face. Online, it was starting from zero. Even the name needed work. People searching “crazy frog” are mostly looking for a ringtone from 2005, which is how the brand became Crazy Frog Air.
The launch materials included the installer’s Texas license number, with claims reviewed by the owner before launch.
Built around one action
Every page and ad points to a single thing to do: request a free in-home visit.
The owner approved the site’s key claims, and the ads carry the installer’s Texas license number.
Whatever the channel, each inquiry is saved with its source before anyone is alerted. The AI phone agent says up front that it’s an AI, takes the details, and leaves the callback to a person.
Early ad leads included people outside the service area, so the ad form now asks where they are before a lead is created.
Brand, site, and lead system, connected
A brand system comes first: colors, type, components, and guidelines for everything that followed.
The website, crazyfrogair.com, went live September 1 with a landing page for paid traffic and a short two-step request form.
The website form, web chat, an AI phone agent on the advertised number, and Meta lead forms all write to one lead record, with the source attached.
When a lead is saved, the owner gets a text with a tap-to-call number, plus an email record and a row in a shared lead sheet.
A dashboard shows ad spend and leads in one view for the owner and his operations lead.
Google Search and Meta lead ads carried the launch campaigns, starting September 9 and 10.
Callbacks stay with the sales team. Automatic texting to customers is waiting on carrier registration, and the phone agent takes details rather than booking appointments.
Live, and still early
The brand, the website, lead capture, alerts, and the dashboard are all running. Leads arrive from ads, the site, and the phone line, and the owner gets a text alert for new ones.
It’s too early to say how many became installs, and we won’t guess. The next piece is tracking each lead through to a finished job, so the results can be measured instead of estimated.
The work, step by step
Follow one request for a visit.
Give the brand a home
The new website points visitors toward a free in-home visit.
