Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 27, 2026
Last Updated: September 30, 2026
At The Kingside Group, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information. We operate on a simple principle: We do not sell your data, and we only use it to provide the specific services you have requested.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to communicate with you and fulfill your requests:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
- Communication Data: Records of your messages sent via SMS (Twilio) or Facebook Messenger (Meta).
- Consent Records: Timestamps and methods of how you opted-in to receive communications.
- Website Usage Data: Pages visited, session duration, clicks, scroll behavior, device type, browser, approximate location (city/region derived from IP address), and referring source. This data is collected automatically when you visit our website via cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Assistant Conversations: The messages you type or say to Simml, our AI assistant on this website, and any details you choose to share in them, such as your name, email, or what you are working on.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for the following:
- Providing the specific services or information you requested.
- Sending transactional updates (e.g., appointment reminders, support responses).
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
To provide our services, we share necessary data with the following providers:
- Twilio: We use Twilio to send and receive SMS/MMS messages. Your phone number and message content are processed by Twilio in accordance with their Messaging Policy.
- Meta (Facebook Messenger): We use Meta platforms to respond to your inquiries. Interactions are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google collects anonymized usage data including pages viewed, session duration, and device information. You may opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. Google's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft Clarity: We use Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmaps to improve our website. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling behavior. No personally identifiable information is captured. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
- Simml, our AI assistant (chat and voice): When you use the assistant, your messages are stored on servers we operate and sent to an AI model provider to generate replies. We use OpenRouter to reach Anthropic's Claude models. Voice conversations run on ElevenLabs, which records and transcribes the call. We keep assistant conversations for up to 12 months and then delete them, or sooner if you ask. Details you send through an inquiry or booking are kept as customer records until you ask us to delete them. Please do not share passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers with the assistant. It is an AI and can make mistakes. See OpenRouter, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs.
- Attio (customer records): When you send an inquiry, book a call, sign up for updates, or opt in to messages, we store your details in Attio, the system where we keep customer records, so we can respond to you.
- Google Workspace (email and calendar): When you book a call, the invitation and confirmation are sent through Google Calendar and Gmail.
- Cloudflare: Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and protects it from abuse. It processes visitor IP addresses and request data for that purpose.
4. Cookies & Consent Management
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use our site. A cookie is a small file stored on your device that helps us recognize return visits. We use a consent management platform (CookieYes) that lets you review and control non-essential cookies.
We use cookies in the following categories:
- Necessary: Required for the site to function. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: Used to understand visitor behavior (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity). You can accept or reject these through our consent tool.
You can review or change your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the corner of our site. Specific opt-out options for each provider are also listed in Section 3.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
- Consent: We will only send you SMS messages if you have provided express consent (e.g., by checking a box on our website or texting us first).
- Types of Messages: Once opted in, you may receive account notifications, secure sign-in links, lead and appointment alerts, and service updates from The Kingside Group.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity. Operational notifications (such as new lead or appointment alerts) may be sent multiple times per week.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Kingside Group does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates from your wireless provider will apply.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message from us. After you reply "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at hello@kingsidegroup.com.
- No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or platform providers (e.g., Twilio), is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Client Notification SMS Program (Operated for Business Clients)
Separately from the consumer messaging described above, Kingside Group LLC, doing business as Kingside, operates internal account- and operational-notification text-messaging services on behalf of its business clients (for example, the staff of a commercial real estate brokerage such as Axis Realty Group, or of other service businesses we run agents and automations for). Recipients of that program are the owners, staff, and authorized personnel of those client firms, not the general public. Messages may include secure account sign-in and verification links, onboarding and setup steps, service and deployment status updates, lead and appointment alerts, and notices about changes to account settings or access.
- No Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Use of Information: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver these internal notifications to the intended client personnel. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and inbound volume, typically a few messages per day per recipient.
- Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: Recipients may opt out of these text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the address below.
7. Facebook Messenger
If you interact with us via Facebook Messenger, we process your public profile information and message content only to address your inquiry. You may request the deletion of this interaction data at any time by contacting us.
8. Data Retention & Security
We store your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
9. No Sale of Data
The Kingside Group does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists or any personal data to third parties.
